The Role

We’re on the lookout for experienced, reliable, dedicated, compassionate, and empathetic Community Support Workers to join us in a casual role, making a difference by supporting our participants in reaching their aspirations and leading fulfilling lives.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Community Support Worker at Incluso Services you will be working within the community to support the day-to-day needs of our participants such as providing personal care, meal preparation, domestic assistance, social support, transport, and personal development. You'll have the opportunity to forge strong connections with your participants, gaining insight into their needs, preferences, and goals. This understanding will enable you to provide tailored support, empowering them to accomplish what truly matters to them.

What you’ll bring:

- A passion for people and a genuine interest in responding to the needs of others.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with individuals.
- Transferable skills in providing care with compassion, empathy, and resilience.
- Physical aptitude to perform various manual tasks with ease.

What we would like you to have:

- Authorised to work in Victoria.
- Valid Victorian Driver License
- An understanding of the NDIS, disability, and community services sector
- Certificate III Individual Support/Disability or studying towards the qualification will be highly regarded for these positions.
- Minimum 2-year industry experience
- Ability to actively navigate and adapt to change.
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid/CPR Certificate
