About the Role
We are looking for casual aged and disability support workers who have a driver’s licence and car to join our rapidly growing team. Shifts are available between Monday to Friday 7am – 6pm, with opportunities for weekend work.
You will be providing assistance at home and in the community, such as:
- Transport
- Shopping
- Personal care
- Companionship
- Meal preparation
- Social and community access
Qualifications
About You
- A genuine passion for providing high-quality care to your clients
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to change
- A minimum Certificate 3 in Aged Care/Disability
- Current Driver’s licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Current Provide First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Australian Federal Police Check
- NSW Working with Children’s Check
- Willing to drive to clients between Carlingford and Lidcombe, Auburn to Strathfield/Burwood, including Homebush, Concord, and surrounding suburbs.
The starting hourly rate is from $39 per hour + shift loadings + superannuation.
Ongoing support and supervision by our dedicated Care Coordination Team consisting of trained Enrolled and Registered Nurses.
