Our opportunity

As the Operations Coordinator, you will play key role in providing administrative support to the team and managing our systems.

You will also serve as the main point of for Mirvac's tenants, primarily across our Commercial and Industrial assets.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Maintain the integrity of the document control process

- Collate and format data from monthly reports

- Manage requests from tenants across commercial and industrial assets

- Responsible to answering tenant and contractor queries

- Provide system support and training to the team for various systems

- Manage the new starter process for facility management for new employees including system setups and training

- Order office supplies, uniforms, business cards and IT hardware

- Manage New Starter, Transfer and departure processes

- Coordinate setting up and amending network account access for staff

- Organise travel for the Technical Operations & Delivery teams

- Ensure that the most recent policies and procedures are uploaded to SharePoint

What Sets You Apart

You are ideally an Admin or Operations professional with 1-3 years of experience in an office environment.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently and show initiative, while also thriving in a team-oriented environment. Strong and verbal communication skills are essential, as is a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational abilities.
