Additional Information
- This role is Permanent Full time, 76 hrs/fortnight.
- As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work alternating weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).

- Excellent communication skills, being able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure smooth fulfilment operations.
- A detail-oriented person who takes a meticulous approach to tasks and processes to enhance the reliability of the function.
- Energised by continuous learning, with a renew & improve mindset.
- Proficient computer skills and an ability to learn relevant IKEA IT systems, solutions, and tools.
As Fulfilment Operations Coordinator you are:
- An ambassador for keeping the environment safe for our co-workers and customers.
- Passionate about stock & supply chain, providing excellent stock availability, & our customers life at home.
- Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and can influence and communicate effectively on all levels.
- Equipped with strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate and support the department team operationally.
- A true customer advocate who takes pride in the service you and the team provide and are able to act upon customer feedback so they can expect a safe, seamless, sustainable, affordable and fulfilling shopping experience.
