Slater and Gordon Lawyers are a leading personal injury and class actions law firm where every member of our team has a shared passion for our clients: we are people caring for people.
Our commitment to our people includes offering genuine work-life balance, with a hybrid work environment allowing them to split their time between home and the office. We recognise and reward high performance and have outstanding employee benefits including a week of shutdown leave, paid parental leave, extra-long service leave, together with various ongoing learning and professional development opportunities.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Process Analyst who loves solving problems, mapping out how things work, and finding smarter, simpler ways to get results. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between operations and technology, helping us redesign processes so they’re efficient, practical, and future-ready. You’ll work closely with teams across the business, running workshops, capturing ideas, and turning them into clear process maps and improvements that really stick. You’ll also play a key part in supporting change, making sure new processes are easy to adopt, well-documented, and aligned with business goals. If you enjoy diving into detail but also keeping the big picture in mind, this role gives you the chance to make a real impact.
What you/'ll do?
- Partner with operational teams to capture opportunities and turn them into solutions
- Map out end-to-end processes and highlight pain points and identify solutions that drive efficiencies
- Work with IT to translate business needs into system and automation requirements
- Help prepare and support teams for new ways of working
- Ensure processes are practical, clear, and ready to implement
What will you bring?
You’ll have a strong operational background, a knack for process design, and the ability to connect people, processes, and systems. You’ll be comfortable leading workshops, translating complex detail into simple steps, and making sure improvements work in real life, not just on paper. You’ll be proficient in BPMN and process mapping tools and have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Visio, to bring clarity and structure to how work gets done. Knowledge of Practice Management Systems and legal experience is a bonus.
What next?
If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly to Slater and Gordon. We prefer to talk with you personally and are not accepting applications from recruitment agencies.
To be eligible for this position, you must be an Australian citizen, a permanent resident, or hold a valid visa with full and unrestricted working rights in Australia. Proof of work rights will be required as part of the Slater and Gordon application process.
Acknowledgement of Country Slater and Gordon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respect to their elders past and present and extend that respect to all First Nations peoples today.

Slater and Gordon is an equal opportunity employer, and does not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or other legally protected attributes. We understand that everyone has different needs. If you require reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process, please let us know in your application.
