At Contour, we’re reshaping education, one student at a time.

Born from the frustration of students who knew the system could be better, we set out to build what we once wished existed: tutoring that actually works. Not generic classes. Not recycled notes. Not overpriced, overcrowded rooms with an out‑of‑touch teacher who couldn’t relate. What You Will Do

- Teach - You’ll deliver clear, structured SACE Biology 1/2 and 3/4 lessons that build conceptual understanding and exam technique.

- Coach - Motivate students to engage with content, practice deliberately, and improve week‑to‑week.

- Mentor - Share study strategies and relatable stories to build student confidence.

- Connect - Build genuine connections so students feel supported and motivated

What You Will Bring

- High ATAR (99+) and strong subject‑specific academic achievements (subject result of A or higher in Biology).

- First‑year university level knowledge or above in your subject(s).

- Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts.

- Energy, empathy, independence and a proactive mindset.

- A full academic year commitment with 10+ hours weekly availability.

- Alignment with Contour’s mission (Signed NDA and non‑compete agreement required).

- A genuine passion for helping students succeed.

2. Submit a short video (5–10 minutes) of you tutoring with a sample workbook we provide.

3. Attend an in‑person interview, which includes Q&A and teaching a mock small‑group class.
