Our client is seeking a Business Development Executive to join their team and take ownership of a defined territory, driving growth across new and existing customers. What You’ll Be Doing
- Achieve and exceed your monthly sales budgets.
- Drive 6 customer appointments and 8 prospect calls daily to maximise your pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new prospects and existing customers.
- Develop tailored proposals that deliver value and drive profitability.
- Proactively identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the game.
- Collaborate with operations, technicians, and colleagues to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- ✔ Ideally at least 5 years’ experience in B2B sales / field sales.
- ✔ Proven success in building new business.
- ✔ Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- ✔ Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office / Google Suite.
- ✔ A natural creative problem solver
- ✔ Resilient, motivated and target-driven with a hunter mindset.
