About the Role

As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the dealership. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Operational Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
2. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
3. Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor financial performance.
4. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals, fostering a positive workplace culture.
5. Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and repeat business.
6. Supplier Management: Maintain and grow relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of stock.
7. Compliance: Ensure all operations meet regulatory and safety standards.

About You

You are a results-driven professional with a proven track record in managing automotive or related businesses. Key qualities and qualifications include:

1. Experience: Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within the automotive, tyre, or retail sectors.
2. Knowledge: Strong understanding of tyre products, services, and industry trends is highly desirable.
3. Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
4. Business Acumen: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans while managing budgets effectively.
5. Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
6. Qualifications: Relevant business or management qualifications are advantageous.
