As the Account Executive – Hybrid Workplace, you will engage with sales teams, qualify opportunities, and craft compelling pitches for Ricoh's Hybrid Workplace solutions. Your responsibilities include understanding client needs, offering tailored AV solutions such as Ricoh Collaboration Boards and Projectors, and managing a sales pipeline, proposals, and forecasts for hybrid workplace technologies.

Your market engagement will involve researching growth opportunities, liaising with industry analysts, and identifying new sales channels for AV solutions. Collaboration with clients, sales reps, marketing, and vendors will be vital to generate leads and resolve escalations related to hybrid technologies.

You will contribute to profit and revenue growth through innovative solutions, expanding your territory with existing and new customers using Ricoh's AV technology. Collaboration and positive impact on Ricoh's culture are integral to this role.

To be successful in this role:

Bring 3-5+ years of experience in AV solutions, workspace management, and technology sales within hybrid environments. Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills are essential. A customer-centric approach, attention to detail, and teamwork are also required.
