Our Youth Care Program provides safe, supportive and nurturing environments where young people can heal, grow and thrive.We’re looking for a **Team Leader** to join our passionate team. In this leadership role, you’ll combine hands on support for young people with the opportunity to mentor and guide a team of Support Workers, shaping the future of trauma-informed care in your community.* Supporting a small case load of young people through case management and coordination, making sure their care plans are met with compassion and consistency.* Guiding and mentoring Youth Care Support Workers, helping them grow their skills and confidence.* Creating and reviewing cultural and transitional plans that set young people up for their next steps in life.* Leading by example by instilling a proactive, child-focused, trauma-informed culture across your team.* Collaborating with the Department, families and community supports to achieve the best possible outcomes.* Participating in the after-hours on-call roster, providing stability and reassurance when it matters most.**About you:**You’re a natural leader with a passion for developing and mentoring a team, and you have the ability to connect with young people while advocating for their needs.
