Join our lovely Banksia Grove service as Centre Director on a 12 month fixed term contract, from September 2025. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while fostering strong, relationships with families and leading a passionate, dedicated team.

ABOUT THE SERVICE:

- Small 62 place service located close to supermarkets and the local gym
- Caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 3 rooms and 2 stunning outdoor play areas
- Strong management team to couch and guide you through your career
- Bus stops within 5 minute walk from service for easy commute to work
- Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.
- Opening hours - 6:30am-630pm - Monday-Friday

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
- Have a minimum of 2 year's experience in managing a child care service as a Centre Director or similar.
- In depth understanding of the EYLF and NQS to ensure quality outcomes for the children
- Provide guidance, leadership, mentorship, and support to a diverse team of educators, culinary professionals, trainees, and students.
- You have a vision to support local families and their children by mentoring and leading your team to exceptional heights
- A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
