About Our Client

A fast-growing wealth management fintech helping advisers with portfolio administration, fee processing, and reporting.

Job Description

- Deliver accurate and timely fee calculations for adviser clients across multiple fee structures

- Support all aspects of revenue processing, including reconciliations and reporting

- Maintain and improve fee-related processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce errors

- Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders on fee-related matters

- Collaborate with technology teams to test and implement system changes or automation enhancements

- Conduct regular audits to validate fee calculations and revenue records

- Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes, ensuring accuracy in revenue reporting

- Identify and resolve discrepancies in fee calculations, liaising with internal teams as needed

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to fees and revenue management

The Successful Applicant

A successful Fee Analyst should have:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Advanced Excel is mandatory

- Knowledge of financial services, particularly within banking and financial services operations.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial software.

- Attention to detail and the ability to ensure data accuracy.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
