Description

  • Deliver accurate and timely fee calculations for adviser clients across multiple fee structures
  • Support all aspects of revenue processing, including reconciliations and reporting
  • Maintain and improve fee-related processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
  • Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders on fee-related matters
  • Collaborate with technology teams to test and implement system changes or automation enhancements
  • Conduct regular audits to validate fee calculations and revenue records
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes, ensuring accuracy in revenue reporting
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in fee calculations, liaising with internal teams as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to fees and revenue management

Profile

A successful Fee Analyst should have:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel is mandatory
  • Knowledge of financial services, particularly within banking and financial services operations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial software.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to ensure data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
