Workplace Delivery Manager - Atlassian Central

Responsibilities

- Construction Execution and Schedule Adherence: Directly oversee daily construction operations, ensuring contractors and subcontractors maintain strict adherence to the established project schedule and quality benchmarks.
- Contractor Performance Management: Actively manage contractors, subcontractors, and construction personnel, ensuring contractual obligations; cost, quality, safety, and sustainability requirements; and schedules are rigorously upheld.
- Site Cost and Budget Control: Develop and manage the construction budget in conjunction with external quantity surveyors, including regular reporting of detailed cost centers actuals and forecast costs which will highlight risks and opportunities. Create, oversee and report on cashflow with the assistance of external quantity surveyors and the internal Finance and Accounting team.
- Technical Coordination: Coordinate detailed technical execution across architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other specialty disciplines, swiftly resolving site-level design and construction issues.
- Site Safety and Quality Assurance: Enforce rigorous safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and ensure robust site compliance to safety, health, environmental, and quality standards.
