Educational Leader

Overview

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you/'ll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You/'ll deepen the team/'s understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you/'ll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

Responsibilities

- Lead change, and champion practice uplift and excellence

- Collaborate with Educators to observe, review and enhance educational programs

- Guide implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework

About Goodstart Drouin

- Our 70-place centre is located in a country town setting in West Gippsland, 90kms east of Melbourne and close to the main street and shops, public transport and schools

You/’ll need

- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

- Current Vic Working with Children Check
