The Live4Life Model has four key components:
1) Support, coordination and mentoring from Youth Live4Life’s staff
2) School and community partnerships
3) Mental health training
4) “The Crew” - Live4Life’s youth leadership and participation program
The role is varied, we’re looking for someone who can go from facilitating a partnerships meeting, to organising Mental Health First Aid Training, or event planning and delivery, then sourcing funding to ensure the program can grow sustainably into the future with our community need.
The Partnerships Coordinator is the glue which binds the local Live4Life partnership together and drives progress and success.
They’ll be a well-rounded communicator with exceptional partnership skills, who can use or learn a range of internal and external programs while working as part of a close-knit team.
