Purchasing Manager

You'll take ownership of group-level procurement, materials planning, and supplier engagement—working alongside the leadership team to improve purchasing efficiency and commercial outcomes across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies and supplier agreements
- Negotiate pricing and contracts across key trades and materials
- Oversee inventory and delivery schedules to meet project timelines
- Work with estimators, PMs, and accounts to streamline purchasing systems
- Maintain strong relationships with preferred vendors and subcontractors
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in construction procurement or purchasing (preferably WA-based)
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of construction materials, supplier markets, and contracts
- High-level communication and organisational ability
- Full Australian working rights & Perth-based experience
