TEN Recruitment is proud to partner with a respected WA-based builder to appoint a Purchasing Manager for a newly created, full-time role. This position offers the opportunity to drive procurement strategy and supplier performance across a busy commercial project portfolio.
You'll take ownership of group-level procurement, materials planning, and supplier engagement—working alongside the leadership team to improve purchasing efficiency and commercial outcomes across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies and supplier agreements
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts across key trades and materials
  • Oversee inventory and delivery schedules to meet project timelines
  • Work with estimators, PMs, and accounts to streamline purchasing systems
  • Maintain strong relationships with preferred vendors and subcontractors
What You'll Bring:
  • Proven experience in construction procurement or purchasing (preferably WA-based)
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of construction materials, supplier markets, and contracts
  • High-level communication and organisational ability
  • Full Australian working rights & Perth-based experience
