Our Operational Transformation (OT) practice is expanding, and we are seeking experienced Consultants to join our team.

Our OT roles involve partnering with clients to solve complex problems in a transitioning energy market driven by decarbonisation, distributed energy, local storage, digitisation, and evolving customer expectations. We support both incumbent players and new entrants, particularly in the Retail Energy sector, helping them grow and succeed.

What you will be doing

- Working on impactful projects that contribute positively to communities during the energy transition.
- Designing and delivering business solutions across the energy landscape, focusing on Energy Retail, and playing a key role in project delivery.
- Collaborating with industry stakeholders and market experts to broaden your skills and industry knowledge.
- Examples include:

- Helping clients set visions for transformation and define strategic problem statements.
- Analyzing current systems and operations, synthesizing data, and developing future recommendations.
- Re-engineering customer experiences and organizational efficiencies for sustainable outcomes.
- Innovating and supporting new revenue streams through trial development and execution.

Your skills and experience

- Experience in the energy industry from management consultancy or internal roles in energy retail.
- Proven experience in transformation programs.
- Broad business transformation skills in areas like business architecture, operating models, customer experience, service design, data analytics, and operational excellence.
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and support the implementation of change.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including with leadership teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently.
- Passion for energy and knowledge of sector trends, especially within retail energy and utilities.
