Primary Responsibilities & Deliverables

- Managing a team of front end developers and liaising with internal project managers

- Perform regular checks to ensure AA WCAG compliance for all components

- Perform automated and manual testing on components

- Deploy frontend code via agreed pipelines

- Maintaining and upgrading existing websites

- Integrating third-party systems into websites

- Conform to documented processes

- Work closely with other development team members in an agile process

Personal Development

- Keep up to date with the latest web development and industry trends

- Collaborate and knowledge share with other LT Network Developers

- Attend specialised training workshops and courses to upskill

Key Performance Indicators

- Successfully uphold planning and systems put in place and agreed to - timesheets and reporting

- Meet all workplace standards and non-negotiable as detailed in this Job Role and Description

- Ensure your emails and calls are responded to and actioned in a timely manner

- Meet key deadlines as agreed

To be considered for this role you must:

- 3 - 5 years experience in website development

- Be an Australian Citizen and have the rights to work in Australia

- Have great communication skills as you are working in teams

- Undertake a Police Check
