Globiance is looking for a talented Front-End Developer to join our experienced development team with a keen eye for design. You need to have at least three years of experience within software development, computer programming and website design. You will be a key part of the IT team and be responsible for ensuring the alignment of web design and user experience requirements, optimizing web pages for maximum efficiency, and maintaining brand consistency across all web pages, among other duties. To ensure success as a Front-End Developer, you should have advanced knowledge of programming languages, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work to a deadline. A top-class Front-End Developer works together with the development team to ensure all elements of web creation are consistent. With a global approach and focus on our Europe and Asia businesses, you will ensure ethical and responsible duties towards the company.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

What you are good at

- Determining the structure and design of web pages.
- Developing features to enhance the user experience.
- Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design.
- Ensuring web design is optimized for smartphones.
- Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
- Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages.
- Maintaining brand consistency throughout the design.

Key Skills You Have

- Degree in computer science or related field.
- Understanding of key design principles.
- Understanding of server-side CSS.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Website UI and ReactJS, NodeJS, Typescript experience
- Understanding of SEO principles.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Version Control Systems and CI / CD
- Testing and Debugging
