About the Opportunity:

- Dental Assistant/Receptionist to work on a permanent full-time basis; days required are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
- We are close to public transport and have plenty of street parking available
- Good proximity to the city and Chermside

The Heart of the Role:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
- Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
- Deliver qualitychairsideassistance to our Dentists
- Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
- Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
- Handling payments
- Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
- Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
- Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management

What you'll bring:

- Experience working at a local Australian Dental practice highly regarded
- Passionate about customer service / patient care
- Organised with attention to detail
- A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
