Nextt has an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager in Disability to join our growing and successful Client Experience team here in Brisbane as a Lead Client Experience Manager.
As a Lead Client Experience Manager at Nextt, you will spearhead growth initiatives and manage a small team of Client Experience Managers. You will lead portfolio of clients in North Brisbane, reporting to the Senior Manager Client Experience. At Nextt, we enjoy a hybrid working model with our office located in Mount Gravatt.

Some of your Key Objectives:
- Continue to deliver the best support and quality service for clients.
- Develop and nurture external relationships with key referral partners and community based services.
- Enhance client satisfaction and support worker engagement with an energetic, solution focused approach.
- Lead a small team delivering comprehensive client experiences, particularly in Enhanced Daily Living services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client and support worker issues, using data analysis for process improvements.
- Drive accountability on financial metrics essential to Nextt’s service and growth objectives.
- Manage critical relationships with clients, their decision-makers, and external stakeholders to align services with client goals, identifying opportunities that benefit both client and business .
- Strive to be a provider of choice by both clients and external stakeholders through exceptional service delivery.
- Seek opportunities to increase our presence in the disability community.
- Differentiate our services in the market, communicate transparently, and ensure we deliver on our promises, putting clients first and generating business outcomes that enable us to support them more effectively.
