Make a Real Impact in Your Community — Become a Case Officer with Community Correctional Services

At Community Correctional Services (CCS), we help make communities safer by supporting people to turn their lives around. We work with individuals on court orders, people who have committed serious sex offences on post-sentence supervision, and people leaving prison on parole. Our goal is simple: reduce reoffending and help people connect with the programs, services, and community supports they need.

About the Role

As a Case Officer you'll play a vital role in managing court orders for individuals assessed as low-risk. You may also work with people completing reparation orders.

In this role, you'll guide people to meet their legal obligations, link them with appropriate services, and keep them on track using evidence-based approaches to compliance.

What You'll Be Doing

- Carry out order administration activities and ensure all requirements are clearly communicated and understood.
- Refer individuals to the right programs and services, and monitor their progress against order conditions.
- Respond appropriately to non-compliance and elevate matters to senior staff when needed.
- Maintain accurate case notes, reports and documentation in line with procedural guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with your team, contribute ideas for improving processes, and support the day‑to‑day operations of your work area.

About You

You're someone who wants to contribute to safer, more connected communities. You bring (or are ready to develop) the core elements of effective case management, including assessment, planning, service coordination and intervention. We're looking for someone who:

- Brings excellent organisation and time‑management to a busy caseload.
- Communicates clearly and confidently in all settings.
- Shows genuine respect and empathy when working with people from all walks of life.
- Tackles challenges with initiative and knows when to reach out for guidance.
- Possesses experience and/or has completed studies in social work, criminal justice or a related field.
