The Role Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. Your contributions will help drive our world‑class manufacturing standards and continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Maintaining safety, quality, and manufacturing standards - Operating high speed machinery including: - Performing changeovers - Troubleshooting - Machine adjustments - Basic maintenance tasks - Reading & following SOP's - Contributing to our approach of continuous improvement and helping to achieve world class operational performance. About You - Great communication & team working skills - Strong mechanical aptitude & hands‑on experience with machinery or cars etc. - Availability to work across 24hr rotating shift patterns. - Manufacturing experience is advantageous however not essential. >Be able to meet requirements of Orora's pre‑employment medical which includes drug & alcohol testing.
