Store Manager - Geelong | VIC

This leadership role focuses on driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a high-performance culture across stores. The brand is a streetwear-inspired retailer offering the latest trends in casual fashion with a youthful vibe that reflects urban culture and self-expression.

Key Responsibilities

- Leading, coaching, and developing store teams to reach their full potential.
- Driving sales performance and achieving store KPIs.
- Overseeing store operations including rosters, expense control, and shrinkage management.
- Maintaining stock control processes to ensure accurate stocktakes, transfers, and merchandising standards.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience, every time.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of team members.
- Building strong relationships with Centre Management and representing the brand professionally.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and OHS standards.

What we’re looking for

- Proven leadership experience in multi-site or large-format retail management.
- Strong people leadership and coaching ability with a focus on developing talent.
- Commercially minded with the ability to drive results through effective sales and operational management.
- A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Availability Tuesday–Saturday, with flexibility when required.
