As we head into our busiest (and most exciting) season, we’re looking for a motivated, hands‑on Assistant Store Manager to join our Castle Hill team.

No management experience? No problem. If you’ve worked in retail, love talking to customers and want to take the next step, we’ll teach you the rest.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead by example — support your Store Manager and motivate your team to deliver a next‑level customer experience.

Help customers find the perfect BBQ, smoker or outdoor set‑up for their home.

Drive sales, keep the store looking sharp and make sure every day runs smoothly.

Learn the ropes of people leadership and step up when your Manager’s off the floor.

What You’ll Bring

Retail or customer service experience (homewares, hardware, or lifestyle brands a bonus).

A genuine love for helping people — both your team and your customers.

Confidence, curiosity and energy — you don’t wait to be asked, you just get it done.
