About The Role

- Manage a group of network smash repairers.

- Reviewing and validating the performance of the network smash repairers in your group, focusing on cost, quality and customer service

- Build strong relationships with our repairers, resolve disputes through technical advice and customer focused solutions

- Maintain control of over repair duration within the network

- Establish compliance with relevant legislation

- Drive accountability for the performance of your network group

About You

- A motor trade qualification in Panel beating or Spray painting is required

- Experience in Motor Assessing is essential

- Similar experience in supply chain management will be considered

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Audanet experience (will be advantageous)
