We are seeking a Reliable, Motivated and Professional Support Worker for our participant in the Nudgee, Chermside, Bellmere and Caboolture area.

Role expectations

As a Disability Support Worker and respected ambassador of McArthur you will be required to assist people with:

- Household tasks: domestic assistance, cleaning and laundry, and meal prep
- Transport - transport to appointments, shopping and community access
- Social & Community participation: supporting individuals to engage with their community, build social connections, and participate in activities such as going for walks, attending events, or enjoying recreational outings

Applicants will require:

- Relevant Industry experience working with clients who have a physical/spinal disability
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support; Disability, Aged care or similar
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Card and Blue card
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Current Manual Handling Certificate or willing to obtain
- Medication Certificates/experience will be favourable
- Valid Driver's License
- Covid and Flu vaccinations are required
- Good availability is essential

Candidates with High Care experience will be viewed favourably.
