Vibe Independence Disability Support are seeking passionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team on the Sunshine Coast.

This is a casual position with flexible shifts available in Caboolture, Morayfield, and North Lakes caring for all ages 9 years and over 18s.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide person-centered support to individuals with disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Facilitate community participation and social activities
- Promote independence and well-being
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Essential Requirements:

- Yellow Card/Blue Card (or willing to obtain)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Certificate III in Individual Support or field related qualification (or willing to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transport and a valid driver's license

Pay: $34.00 - $120.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 36 per week

- Support Work or equivalent: 1 year (preferred)

- First Aid and CPR Certification (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
