SAP Practice Lead

Maintain Technology Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP Practice Lead to drive the strategic vision and operational excellence of our SAP practice. In this impactful role, you will be responsible for leading a team of SAP consultants and architects, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring that we deliver high-quality SAP solutions that align with our clients' business objectives. The SAP Practice Lead will play a vital role in expanding our market presence and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Practice Management:

- Establish and implement the strategic direction for the SAP practice, including service offerings and go-to-market strategies.
- Manage and grow the SAP practice, overseeing resource planning, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients to drive business growth and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

- Project Delivery:

- Lead complex SAP projects from conception through to implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide oversight and support to project teams, facilitating communication and collaboration across functions.
- Implement best practices in project management, including methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.

- Team Leadership:

- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of SAP professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative culture that encourages continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Client Engagement:

- Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding SAP-related initiatives, ensuring alignment on project objectives and expectations.
- Identify opportunities for additional business engagements by providing strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to share knowledge about SAP innovations and capabilities.

- Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, networking within the industry to promote the SAP practice.
- Contribute to proposals and bids for new clients and projects.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, SAP updates, and competitive landscape to inform practice strategy.

- Experience:

- 5-10 years of experience in SAP consulting, with proven leadership experience in managing SAP practices and teams.
- Strong track record of successful SAP project delivery and client engagement.
- Experience across multiple SAP modules, particularly S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and other cloud solutions.

- Technical Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of SAP products, architecture, and technologies.
- Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
- Understanding of integration frameworks and cloud solutions.

- Soft Skills:

- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong business acumen and client-facing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAP Certification(s) relevant to the role.
- Diverse industry experience with a focus on innovation and SAP transformation.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and digital transformation projects.
