- People first, real estate agents second – that's our philosophy.
- A destination employer in the Adelaide Hills.
- 24-year legacy & an inspiring future to grow your career.
At Nitschke Real Estate, our vision is to deliver the most authentic real estate experience, and that starts with our people. This Field Services role is a unique opportunity to be part of our Property Management Team, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service for our landlords and tenants.
We're not just looking for someone to fill a position – we're looking for someone who truly aligns with our key values and embodies what it means to be part of the Nitschke team.
The Position
This is not just a job – it's a career path in real estate. The Field Services role is a hands-on, fast-paced position that requires initiative, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset. It's the perfect stepping stone to becoming a Property Manager, with a team that will support your growth every step of the way.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with routine inspections and ingoing condition reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Supporting vacate inspections, helping maintain high standards for property management.
- Helping with letting and leasing management, contributing to smooth and seamless tenant transitions.
Who We're Looking For
At Nitschke, we hire for culture and values first. This role is about more than just skills – it's about the person behind them.
- Good Human – You genuinely care about people. You treat landlords, tenants, and colleagues with kindness and integrity. You take pride in delivering a service that reflects our promise of an authentic real estate experience.
- Team First – You understand that success comes from working together. You're eager to contribute, support your colleagues, and be part of a collaborative and positive environment where everyone wins.
- Better Each Day – You have a growth mindset. You're always looking to learn, improve, and take on feedback so you can develop into a high-performing real estate professional.
What You'll Need
- You're based in the Adelaide Hills – you live here, love the region, and want to work in a community you care about.
- You have a customer-first approach, with great communication and problem-solving skills.
- Prior real estate experience is desirable but not essential – we value attitude over experience and will provide full training. Experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is a great foundation.
Why Join Nitschke Real Estate?
We're an independent agency that's serious about building careers, not just filling roles. We're committed to setting you up for success in a team-driven, growth-focused, and people-first culture.
- Real results, real people – We let our clients speak for our success, rather than chasing awards and accolades.
- Light-hearted but serious about success – We work hard, have fun, and champion each other every step of the way.
- A place to grow – Whether you're starting out or looking for the next step in your career, we invest in your development.
This full-time Field Services role is part of our Property Management Team and is based in our Mount Barker office.
If you're ready to align with our values, be part of something bigger, and grow with us, apply now.
