What you/'ll do
- Mentor, guide, and manage a high-performing marketing team by fostering collaboration, accountability, and shared success across all projects.
- Develop comprehensive brand strategies that enhance visibility, drive engagement, and build lasting loyalty among clients and participants.
- Ensure consistent application of brand standards across all internal and external communications to reinforce trust and recognition.
- Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to inform positioning decisions and identify new avenues for growth.
- Collaborate closely with design and content specialists to create compelling messaging and impactful visual assets that resonate with target audiences.
- Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns spanning SEO/SEM, PPC, social media platforms, email marketing initiatives, and display advertising.
- Implement robust lead generation strategies utilising paid, owned, and earned channels to attract new clients while nurturing existing relationships.
- Plan and deliver targeted email campaigns designed to engage prospects at every stage of the customer journey.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools; provide regular reports with actionable insights to optimise return on investment.
- Organise memorable events such as brand activations, community initiatives, product launches, conferences, and expos—ensuring seamless execution from concept through post-event analysis.

What you bring
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field provides a strong academic foundation for this multifaceted position.
- At least five years’ experience in brand management demonstrates your ability to deliver successful strategies in complex environments.
- A proven track record of developing integrated brand strategies that drive measurable outcomes is essential for this leadership role.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels—including SEO/SEM, PPC advertising, social media management, email marketing—and how they interconnect for maximum impact.
- Exceptional communication skills enable you to articulate ideas clearly while building rapport with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
- Advanced project management abilities ensure you can juggle multiple priorities without compromising quality or deadlines.
- Analytical mindset allows you to interpret data effectively; translating insights into practical recommendations that enhance branding efforts.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams as well as external partners such as creative agencies or media outlets is highly valued.
- Proficiency in using modern marketing tools (such as analytics platforms) ensures you can monitor performance accurately and adjust tactics accordingly.
