Within our Marketing Solutions business we are looking for a Lead Client Solutions Manager to join our team in achieving our goal of empowering businesses to reach, engage and convert their target audience at scale.

The vision of LinkedIn’s Marketing Solutions (LMS) business is to create economic growth for every organisation worldwide by helping marketers reach, engage and convert their audiences. Through sponsored content in the feed (video, lead-generation forms, connected TV, carousel ads), personalised messages to your LinkedIn inbox (InMail), LinkedIn Events/Live and many other innovative formats, LinkedIn is transforming B2B (Business 2 Business) and high-consideration B2C (Business 2 Customer) marketing.

You will be part of the Global Accounts team, overseeing some of the largest and most strategic accounts of LMS. The role of a Lead Client Solutions Manager is to build and manage relationships with clients, by discovering and executing against client objectives and serving as a trusted advisor and consultant. You will collaborate with your Account Director as well as cross-functional teams to drive growth with customers. This involves identifying trends, educating the client organisation at scale on our capabilities, troubleshooting and solving problems, providing ongoing marketing strategy consultation, as well as identifying areas where we can offer value that accelerate client revenue growth. You will collaborate with other regions and scale learnings and best practices in order to drive stronger performance on the platform. You also represent the voice of the customer internally, addressing product concerns that impact the wider customer experience.

Responsibilities

- Build strong relationships with the APAC regional clients by providing best-in-class customer experience, leveraging communication and relationship building skills, and analytical abilities to provide consultative solutions to customer’s needs

- Work closely with Account Director to understand the full opportunity of client’s marketing campaigns, make creative and effective recommendations for how they can use LinkedIn platform and prove ROI through campaign insights

- Proactively analyse and optimise customers’ advertising campaigns and marketing programs to make strategic and tactical recommendations to customers

- Articulate and communicate any new product feature proactively

- Identify up-sell or cross sell opportunities across the book of business to drive incremental revenue and growth

- Consult and advise on all aspects of client’s media campaigns including targeting, implementation, optimisation, and reporting

- Advise on creative and content quality and development, leveraging marketing expertise to maximise performance and delivery

- Support customers’ communication and ongoing education, including a best-in-class onboarding experience and education needs

- Work effectively with various cross-functional partners in product, product marketing, insights, content marketing, technical support, and others to ensure customer success

- Interact and collaborate across global account footprint and cross functional partners

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media

- 8+ years of experience in client-facing roles with global/regional internal stakeholder management experience

Preferred Qualifications

- 4+ years of auction based or programmatic campaign management and optimisation experience (i.e. Google Adwords, SEO/PPC, ad exchange/trading desks)

- Understanding of the digital media industry

- Experience of thriving in a result-driven environment

- Experience of using insights to drive commercial success through upsells and pitches

- Experience managing a large range of advertising budgets and campaigns

- Ability to translate analytics and present them as insights and recommendations in a client facing setting

- Ability to drive results and collaborate with C-level and senior customers, building relationships across many levels of a client

- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritise tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision

- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally

- Understanding of internet advertising technology and marketing automation
