- Drive alignment between data teams and business units (e.g. Sales & Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Product, Marketing)
- Coach team members to maintain engagement, delivery velocity, and effectiveness
- Identify and resolve delivery impediments to ensure alignment with analytics and digital transformation strategy
- Track delivery milestones and adapt roadmaps to meet evolving business needs
- Ensure data products meet quality standards through validation processes (e.g. UAT, QA)
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with SLAs and contractual terms
- Drive adoption of analytics solutions and empower business units to self-serve insights rather than rely on reporting requests

- Strong work ethic and are committed to showing up for a team

- Ability to build meaningful relationships, we prioritise our customers. Balancing commercial goals with customer satisfaction is key

- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Power BI, and DBT, and a solid understanding of modern data engineering and analytics workflows
- Proven ability to lead agile, cross-functional teams and manage delivery in dynamic environments
- Passion for enabling data literacy and driving adoption of self-service analytics across business units
