Job Description

Working closely with experienced lawyers in the Property & Commercial team, you'll be responsible for managing a range of conveyancing and property matters from end to end. This is a varied role with room to grow, and no two days will be the same.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage residential and commercial conveyancing matters from instruction to settlement
- Prepare contracts, settlement figures, and relevant legal documents
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other key stakeholders
- Use PEXA for electronic settlements
- Assist with general property law administrative support as needed

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

- Experience in conveyancing or property paralegal work (minimum 1 years preferred),
- Skilled using PEXA and conveyancing software,
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and client-focused,
- A team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach,
- Able to work autonomously with strong communication skills,

Qualifications in conveyancing or legal studies are desirable but not essential for the right candidate with practical experience.
