About the Role:
We are currently seeking a detail‑oriented and technically skilled Web Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will manage, maintain, and optimise client and internal websites to ensure they remain functional, secure, and aligned with business goals.
This is a permanent part‑time position with flexible hours and the opportunity to work across a range of dynamic projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain websites, including CMS updates, plugin maintenance, and backups
- Monitor website performance, uptime, and security
- Troubleshoot website issues and implement timely fixes
- Coordinate with clients to implement updates, content changes, and new features
- Ensure all web assets meet accessibility, usability, and SEO best practices
- Support integration of third‑party services and tools (e.g. analytics, forms, e‑commerce)
- Collaborate with our development and ICT support teams where required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a web administration or web support role
- Tertiary qualification in Information and Communication Technology or a related field
- Proficiency in content management systems (e.g. WordPress, Joomla, etc.)
- Strong understanding of web hosting, domains, DNS, and basic server configurations
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic scripting
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong communication and client interaction abilities
- Full Australian working rights
- Current Australian driver’s licence (for occasional onsite client meetings; travel allowance provided)
