About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced and enthusiastic SAP SuccessFactors Training Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about empowering users and driving engagement through tailored learning solutions, with a focus on the Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Learning modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain training content, including e-learning modules, user manuals, job aids, and facilitator guides for SAP SuccessFactors.

- Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions—both in-person and virtually—to diverse user groups.

- Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and Change Management teams to identify learning needs and tailor training accordingly.

- Support end-user adoption during SuccessFactors implementations, rollouts, or enhancements.

- Maintain a keen understanding of module updates and best practices to ensure training content remains current and effective.

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in designing and delivering training materials for SAP SuccessFactors.

- Strong knowledge and practical experience in at least two of the following modules: Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Learning.

- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Experience with instructional design tools and learning management systems (LMS) preferred.

- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly training formats.

- Provide post-training support, gather feedback, and implement improvements for continuous learning enhancement.
