Offering the below BENEFITS:

- FULL TIME RATE – $80 to $85 Full time + 11.5% Super on all hours
- ROSTER – 2 and 1, 2 and 2, 8 and 6 - open to discussion
- DAYSHIFT ONLY – Due to the nature of this position within our team
- SITE LOCATION – Goldfields Mine Site's
- FIFO LOCATION – WA to SITE
- ON-SITE ACCOMMODATION – Gym / Wet and dry Mess
- FORTNIGHTLY PAYS – Smooth transition into the role
- REFER A MATE PROGRAM – Get paid $5k for each referral

What your day looks like

- Applying your technical expertise supporting a structured diagnostics and fault-finding across a large mobile fleet
- Be a hands-on mentor – upskill and guide the on-site maintenance team with your deep knowledge and practical experience
- Work closely with site supervisors to lift team capability and embed best-practice maintenance standards
- Drive frontline performance and reliability improvements where your input makes a real impact

What we’ll need from you

- 5+ years post-trade experience with heavy earthmoving equipment; namely Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi
- Australian National Mobile Plant Mechanic / Diesel Fitter Trade Qualification OR Auto Electrician trade cert
- Experience in either a Field Service or Leading Hand Role would suit well
- Friendly communication skills with a focus on the team and company culture
