- Work across diverse settings, including family homes, schools, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth, and ORS offices
- Build lasting relationships with your clients, enhancing their communication, independence, and celebrating their achievements
- Be a skilled generalist or focus into Early Childhood Services, Positive Behaviour Support, or speech pathology clinical areas within your caseload
- Be a pivotal member of your site’s multidisciplinary team (MDT)
What We’re Looking For

- A car and driver’s licence
- A National Police Clearance, Working with Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to acquire one for client-facing roles (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
What We Offer
We understand how important it is to maintain balance in your life. That’s why we offer:
Work-Life Balance
- A flexible hybrid model: work from home, our Sydney offices, or the community—it’s up to you
- Control over your schedule: book your appointments to suit your lifestyle
- Options for part-time work, reduced hours, or even a 9-day fortnight (after probation)
- Suburban offices with free onsite parking and convenient access
- An extra week of annual leave after three years of service
- Access to Fitness Passport to help you stay active and healthy
A Career That Grows With You
At ORS, your development is our priority to help our clients. We’ll support you in achieving your career goals through:
- Tailored career pathways: focused clinical skill development in dysphagia management, AAC prescription and implementation, mental health, autism and neuro-affirming practice, early intervention, and trauma-informed approaches—or explore other disciplines like Positive Behaviour Support or Early Childhood Services
- Ongoing learning: access internal professional development, interdisciplinary training, and Special Interest Groups
- A dedicated Speech Pathologist Manager to help you create and achieve your individualized growth plan
- Leadership opportunities: support student units or grow into team leader roles or explore regional and interstate secondments
