MUSWELLBROOK - MOBILE SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Since 1980, Pirtek has led the market in providing our diverse group of customers with an equally diverse portfolio of fluid transfer solution products and services. Proudly Australian, with over 44 years in the business, Pirtek specialises in fluid transfer solutions through mobile "on-site" service and replacement of hydraulic and industrial hose and fittings.

The role

We are currently seeking a Mobile Service Technician to join our team located in Muswellbrook.

Duties and responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality field service and supply of fluid transfer solutions to our customers
- Provide solutions and build relationships with a varying range of customers
- Travel to sites within the Muswellbrook and surrounding areas, to replace hoses in a breakdown situation or completing new installation work on a variety of machinery

What you need

- Must be living in (or willing to relocate to) Muswellbrook, due to required response times
- Flexibility with working hours as after-hours availability is required
- A current manual LR Drivers' licence or be willing to obtain
- Ability to prioritise to meet deadlines and problem solve
- Trade Background as Fitter, Mechanic or Boilermaker preferred
- Ability to operate machinery, use tools and measuring devices accurately
- Good numeracy, verbal and written skills
- A strong work ethic and pride in workmanship
- The desire to be a team player
- An understanding of OHS and Safe Work Practices
