What you’ll do
The Deployment Technician is responsible for assisting with all aspects of device configuration activities. They help to deliver exceptional technical support both independently and collaboratively, whilst also supporting our sales, logistics, and technical teams by working closely and collaboratively with the EUC configuration team.
- Carry out all aspects of device configuration activities including device imaging and software deployment and installation of specific components.
- Perform stock picking, asset application of device, packaging and data entry.
- Perform End of Life processes which sees devices wiped and packaged for transport to other facilities.
- Cleaning of end-of-life devices/equipment.
What you’ll bring
- No work experience required - love everything tech and have a basic understanding of MacOS and/or WindowsOS.
- Confident and outgoing with your customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to deal with a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to follow repetitive processes with a keen eye for details.
- Hungry to learn more, you are proactive and have a can-do attitude.
- Have a driver's license and be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions.

- Travel on-site to our office in Marleston or our clients site in Adelaide.

Compnow will provide and require all successful applicants to complete a current National Police Check as well as a new or updated state-based Working With Children Check.
