Overview

Senior Software Developers

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer with a strong track record in Federal Government projects and expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Apps.

This role will involve assisting with the department's new front-end portal and migration of the on-premise CRM to cloud-based platform. As such, this role is focused on D365, Power Platforms, and .Net development (for legacy portal understanding only).

Australian citizens with a NV1 clearance is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop the new front-end portal using D365, Power Platforms.

- Collaborate with the Department's business and technical teams to ensure the development aligns with the project's business requirements.

- Implement migrating the existing on-premise CRM system to a cloud-based environment.

- Ensure seamless integration with the RBA payments provider and the department's records management system.

- Write technical documentation and provide ongoing support during the project lifecycle.

- Ensure functionality is delivered to a high standard so that the Department can release to the public

- Provide reliable estimates for proposed business requirements to be built

Skills and Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power Platform.

- Developing Model Driven Apps, Power Automate Flows and Power Page websites on top of Dataverse

- In depth knowledge of the full breadth of available customisation techniques for Power Platform Development. Including but not limited to C#, JavaScript, Liquid, Plugins, Workflow Extensions, System workflows, Power Automate, Canvas Apps, PowerAppsComponentFramework, Function/Logic apps, Power Fx formulas, Fetch XML

- Power Platform Qualification, preferably 'Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate'

- Proven experience in developing complex and bespoke IT systems using Microsoft Power Platform as a rapid application development tool

- Demonstrated experience working with automated deployments via AzureDevOps

- Strong understanding of system integration and web services.

- Experience working in a government or large corporate environment.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
