What You’ll Do
As a Virtual Customer Care Agent, you’ll connect with clients in a supportive, consultative role—helping them understand their options and guiding them toward the right coverage, all from the comfort of your home office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with warm, pre-qualified leads — no cold calls, no door-to-door sales.
- Host virtual consultations to identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Deliver outstanding customer care and ongoing policy support.
- Complete self-paced licensing training (if not already licensed).
- Stay accountable to personal and team sales goals in a performance-driven, remote environment.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and a client-first approach at all times.

- No prior insurance experience required — full training and mentorship provided.
