AI/ML Engineer – Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) & Conversational Systems

Overview:
Seeking an AI/ML Engineer to build scalable conversational agents using LangChain, LLMs, and AWS.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop containerized AI agents and semantic kernels.
  • Implement agent communication, observability, and retrieval-based techniques.
  • Manage dialogue context, deployment pipelines, and scaling.
  • Integrate LLMs (e.g., GPT-4) for decision systems.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with LangChain, Python NLP, AWS DynamoDB, Bedrock.
  • Skills in Docker, ECS Fargate, CI/CD, API gateways.
  • Knowledge of Aurora DB, system scaling, and observability tools.

Preferred:

  • Experience with agent protocols and cloud deployment.
