Located in the welcoming country town ofForbes NSW, Jemalong Retirement Village is our 105-bed residential aged care home, and we are currently seeking aResidential Manager to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. As the Residential Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our 105-bed, single level home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service for our residents. With a stable master roster in place and a team committed to excellence, you will be supported to focus on leadership, quality improvement and community engagement. You'll foster a culture of warmth, respect, and excellence, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services across clinical, administrative, hospitality, maintenance, and lifestyle functions.

You will be supported by a dedicated leadership team including 2 Care Managers, Administration Manager, Coordinators for Lifestyle, Pastoral Care, Maintenance and Housekeeping, and a committed team of nurses and carers. In addition, you'll have access to a Regional Manager and centralised support from HR, Recruitment, and Operational teams.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and Accreditation requirements
- Drive continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and resident experience
- Operational planning, budgeting, and resource management
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and the wider community

What you'll bring:

- Bachelor or Nursing or equivalent tertiary qualification
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- In-depth knowledge of aged care legislation, quality standards, and AN-ACC processes
- Proven leadership in aged care operations, including rostering and financial oversight
