About the Role

- Providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences

- Assisting customers with product selection and offering advice

- Handling transactions efficiently at the register

- Keeping the store looking fresh by restocking and merchandising products

- Ensuring the store is clean, organised, and welcoming for every shopper

- Working as part of a team to achieve sales goals and deliver top‑notch service

- Supporting in different departments across the store

Who We Are Looking For

- A positive, can‑do attitude with a passion for our products

- Strong communication skills and a friendly approach

- Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment

- Availability for flexible shifts, including late night, weekends, and public holidays

- Previous retail experience is a bonus but not essential – we provide training
