We have a new requirement for a Senior IT Technical Officer, for an initial 6‑month contract with possible extension. This role is based in East Perth and is due to commence ASAP. You will be working a 37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday.

The role

- System support services to all areas of client infrastructure environment with a focus on full site admin in Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SSCM) and Group Policy environments;

- Working on the SCCM/Napalm environments, including packaging and upgrade/rollout of desktop fleet;

- Performing structured testing;

- Assisting the Problem Manager with root cause analysis and resolution of problem candidates;

- Rebuild desktop fleet with LGIRS Windows 10 SOE as required;

- Competent troubleshooting skills; identifying & rectifying complex issues;

- Interact with experts from delivery teams regarding the requirements and technical direction;

- Document new environment as required;

- Interact and report to Coordinator Desktop Technologies and Provisioning on all outcomes and requirements.

You’ll ideally have:

- Strong SCCM experience (full site administration, packaging, rollouts)

- Solid Intune experience

- Group Policy

- Windows 11 SOE rebuilds and rollouts

- Strong software packaging skills

- Strong troubleshooting, documentation and stakeholder management skills
