About the Role

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you’ll represent the DeRucci brand and help customers create beautiful, comfortable homes. You’ll deliver an exceptional in-store experience while achieving strong sales results through product knowledge, service, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in both English and Mandarin with professionalism and warmth

- Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable DeRucci products

- Manage sales transactions, quotations, and follow-ups

- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up to date with promotions

- Ensure the showroom remains tidy, inviting, and aligned with brand standards

- Achieve individual and team sales targets

Qualifications

- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) — reading, writing, and speaking are essential

- Previous retail or showroom sales experience (luxury, furniture, or design preferred)

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Passionate about interior design and creating exceptional customer experiences

- Reliable, self-motivated, and results-driven
