About the Role

We’re currently seeking skilled Drill & Blast Operators to support operations at our WA iron and Goldfields sites. You’ll play a critical role in safely preparing and executing blasting activities, contributing directly to production targets while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely handle, transport, and load explosives
- Tie in, stem, prime, and load blast holes to meet design specifications
- Perform blast guarding duties during firing operations
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety procedures and site protocols

What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience in drill and blast operations
- Strong physical fitness and the ability to work in remote conditions
- Current Dangerous Goods Security Card (WA)
- Valid full driver’s license
- A proactive, safety-first mindset and team-oriented attitude

What’s On Offer

- 2:1 FIFO roster
